The cat lounge can accommodate up to 12 guests. If you have less than 12 attendees in your event and you want a private, you will need to book all 12 spaces in the lounge.

*There must be one (1) adult present for every three (3) children under 13 in attendance. This adult must purchase an admission to the lounge, actively supervise and be present in the lounge at all times during the event. Adults are included in the maximum number of attendees for the event.

Event Space Guidelines

Nine Lives' Event Space will provide a table and chairs that seat up to 12 people, two (2) loveseats, a tablecloth and limited hanging decorations. NLCC also provides a 65" television with access to Spotify and YouTube. The Event Concierge will assist with accessing music channels and will determine the volume of music at all times. The Event Space does not include access to NLCC's office space. After completing this interest form, an agreement will be generated. This agreement must be executed before an invoice is created. Space in the lounge is not guaranteed until the contract is executed and the invoice is paid. Invoices will cancel automatically if not paid within 24 hours of generation. Upon payment of the invoice, NLCC will designate an Event Concierge, who will create an itinerary for the event, host the event and direct all activities for the event. The Event Itinerary will communicate with the Event contact regarding gathering names of attendees, prompting the completion of Liability Waivers, and provide a specific timeline for the event, including: - check-in times for the attendees - cat lounge entry/exit times - event space entry/exit times (including exact time for set-up of the event, the event itself, clean-up and conclusion of the event.
